FOTA Announces the Arrival of the Long-Anticipated FOTA Marketplace

A growing Metaverse project, Fight Of The Ages (FOTA), a MOBA RPG game using Microsoft Mesh technology, recently announced the arrival of the FOTA Marketplace. The long-anticipated marketplace is ‘going golden soon,’ as the project mentioned, meaning that it is about to go live.

The FOTA Marketplace is a decentralized exchange platform that will allow the game’s players to visit and use the non-fungible tokens (NFTs) that they earned while playing the game.

In the official announcement, the project pointed out that its team has spent a long period developing the game and the marketplace, and that they finally reached a point in their roadmap where they feel ready to release this new feature.

Once the Marketplace goes live, users will be able to use it, and the NFTs that they earned through the game’s play-to-earn model, for several purposes. Of course, one is to directly train skills for heroes and items and get them from the Common level to higher ones.

The announcement concluded by noting that this is the best place for the players to benefit from owning assets in FOTA, which makes it that much more important for the players to visit the marketplace and use its features and benefits.

What is FOTA about?

FOTA is a Triple-A MOBA Game project based in Singapore and owned by Meta DJINN PTE.LTD. The project has developed a fantasy universe that is home to many different races. However, its world is also rich with valuable items, which are available to the players in the form of NFTs.

The project’s NFT Technology is optimized in a way that allows users to feel the possibility of owning valuable assets as they find them on their journey. The team has also worked on developing in-depth economic mechanisms and democracies via the DAO.

One of its major long-term goals is to turn this metaverse platform into a more realistic universe that integrates Microsoft Mesh, which is a Microsoft Corporation platform that aims to create the most immersive metaverse experience out there.

What does FOTA have to offer?

The game itself comes with several very rich and detailed worlds. The metaverse contains an unknown number of worlds that have yet to be explored, but the three main ones where the story is taking place will be the ones where the battle for the Aether is taking place. These are the worlds of the Unity Saga, and they include The Greenland, The Earth, and The Nightmare.

The Greenland is the Land of Eternity, which is where the Aether was born. It is a paradise-kind of a world populated by god-like creatures called Omni and Dragon. The opposing world to this one is The Nightmare or the Darkest Night. This world is a wasteland of the FOTA universe, a hellish realm that is cold, dark, and cruel. It is home to the darkest creatures, including the Demon, Ogre, and Beast.

Between the two lies The Earth, home to the Elf, Human, and Keen. Known as the Ultimate Civilization, this is the place where the battle will truly take place.
